A Clear Path to Becoming a Christlike Leader
Whether you’re beginning with biblical literacy or stepping into ministry leadership, The Flatirons Leadership Institute is the place for you. Flatirons Leadership Institute will consist of semester-based classes designed to fit real life, not overwhelm it.
Three certificate options will be offered:
CERTIFICATE INBiblical & Theological Foundations (CBTF)
20 weeks
CBTF helps participants move: from reading the Bible → to understanding the Bible → to living the Bible.
Build a strong foundation in God’s Word by exploring the big story of Scripture, core themes, and why the Bible can be trusted so faith is grounded, confident, and lived out daily.
CERTIFICATE INChristian Leadership Foundations (CLF)
20 weeks
CLF focuses on discipleship, spiritual formation, and servant leadership, helping participants lead from who they are becoming, not just what they are doing.
This certificate forms leaders rooted in identity, spiritual rhythms, and Scripture, equipping them to see their everyday lives as their primary mission field.
CERTIFICATE INMinistry Leadership (CML)
20 weeks
CML equips and affirms men and women who sense a calling toward vocational ministry or higher levels of leadership and influence in church, nonprofit, or mission-focused spaces.
Participants discern calling, grow in biblical wisdom and spiritual maturity, and develop the practical skills and character needed for healthy, sustainable ministry leadership.

Each certificate is a 20-week program which takes two semesters to complete.
Tuition for each certificate is $1,000 ($500 per semester). There will be a $50 non-refundable application fee to apply for Flatirons Leadership Institute.

Flatirons Leadership Institute is designed for adult learners.
Flatirons College is our traditional, undergraduate program for students aged 18-24 in partnership with Southeastern University (SEU).

No–All Flatirons Leadership Institute (FLI) certificate programs are only available in-person.
Classes will take place in Lafayette, Colorado. Specific dates and times for each certificate TBD.
